Megha Jain, Esq

Megha Jain, Esq. is an Employee Relations Manager at Gap Inc. in the Legal and Compliance

Department overseeing Investigations. Previously, she was an Associate Manager in Employee

Relations at the Walt Disney Company, where she advices and counsel managers and supervisors

regarding personnel practices, policy and employment laws. She conducts internal investigations

on protected class discrimination cases including, but not limited to race, gender, pay equity

claims and sexual harassment for internal employees. She also oversees the medical

accommodation process to ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, Title VII and state and local

law. 

Previously, Ms. Jain worked at Morgan Stanley, where she negotiated contracts for collateral and

trading agreements for hedge funds. After graduating law school in 2016, Ms. Jain was a

litigation associate at Levi and Korsinsky, where she focused on litigating federal and state false

advertising and securities class actions. During law school, Ms. Jain was a legal intern at the

Brooklyn District Attorney’s office and the Securities and Exchange Committee (S.E.C.). She

was the Vice President of the South Asian Law School Association (SALSA) and the Chief

Information Officer for the Corporate and Securities Law Group. 

 

Ms. Jain has a B.A. in Economics from New York University and her J.D. from the University of

Connecticut. Ms. Jain is president elect of SABANY for 2022 and is a mentor for the Legal

Outreach Mentoring Program.
