Mireille Toulekima

MIREILLE TOULEKIMA is a multi-talented woman whose versatility and accomplishments across

diverse disciplines have earned her global recognition. This global touch is visible in her

entrepreneurial ventures, Engineering career, leadership and coaching, publishing, and other related

endeavors she actively engaged in.

Aside from her current role as an ambassador, top-notch executive, and partner to several global

ventures and organizations, Mireille belongs to the emerging class of women who have embraced

non-traditional industries, globalization, innovation, and digital disruption as well as philanthropy,

spiritual consciousness, and mindfulness.

Before the present dispensation, she had worked as a Petroleum Engineer for more than 25 years in

Africa, Europe, Asia, and Australia, where she served in different capacities in technical and

leadership positions in major oil, gas, and energy companies. She was the Chairperson and a global

executive mentor of the UAE-AFRICA Mentoring and Development Consortium from 2017 to 2019,

an organization under the patronage of former Ghanaian President John Kofi Agyekum Kufuor.

Born in the West African nation of Gabon, this amazing mother, wife, and grandmother, launched

the Greatness Engineering Movement and developed the Greatness Engineering Process (GEP) and

Authentic Leadership System called D.A.R.E (Decide Act Review Expand) in 2018. The project is now

in its global roll-out phase. She is Director at The Africa Oil, Gas, and Energy Australia conference

since 2018. Within the same year, she founded Mireille Toulekima Global leadership organization,

which created another veritable platform for her to contribute to several leadership, technical, and

Think Tank groups around the world, and has been a guest lecturer in several technical and leading

institutions and universities around the world.

In addition, she is the Global Chair - Engineering of the eminent and prestigious G100 Club which is

comprised of some of the most powerful and influential top 100 women leaders in the world.

She is equally founder and Managing Director of the Perth Australia-based energy company MT

Energy Resources Limited, MT Energy Technical Acadmy, and co-founded Women In Energy Global

(WinEG). Mireille also initiated the STEM Queens social venture in Uganda to reach out and sponsor

African girls and women to embrace STEM and increase women’s participation in STEM sectors in

Africa. STEM QUEENS has for objective to empower at least one million women and girls in STEM in

Africa and developing countries around the world by 2025.

Mireille has been the Host and Executive Director of the global online talk show, the Greatness

Engineering hour show since April 2019, and the Editor-in-Chief of The Greatness Engineering

Magazine since July 2020. Her French talk show SOYEZ REEL AVEC MIREILLE (started in May 2021) is

scaling up in France and francophone Africa. She has also authored three books entitled, "Local

Content Key Enabler for Oil and Gas projects in Emerging Markets: Investing, Developing and

Providing Oversight in Countries of Operation” in 2015, “Stepping into your greatness: Twelve Rules

for Building an outstanding life” in 2016 and “Natural Gas Strategies: The Role of Developing and

Emerging Markets” in 2018. She is a contributing author of the anthology book BLUEPRINTS FROM

HEAVEN published in 2020 and the Unshakable Faith book published in 2022.

Notably, she is the recipient of numerous international awards. She is one of the African Shapers

2021 Top 100 African Female Executives in the Oil and Gas Industry in Africa, the recipient of the

2022 Global Woman in Leadership Award by the Global Council for the Promotion of International

Trade (GCPIT), made the 2021 50 Most inspiring women list by Business Gate CEO H.E Laila Rahhal

(UAE) and several other awards too numerous to mention.
